Thank you for requesting a new user registration for the Public Comment Analysis Toolkit. The following steps will
take you through the process of creating a new primary user registration. If you already have an existing
primary account and want to create sub-accounts, you can do this via the "Account Management"
section from the main menu once you are logged in.
To begin, choose a user name and password and enter your e-mail address and (optional) your enterprise user license key.
Press the "Continue ->" button when finished. Required fields are marked with a *
You can select the initial level of visibility that is shown to users when they perform a
search or manage their peers. If you choose "Everyone" then initially all users
will be able to search for you. If you choose "Peers Only" then only your peers
will be able to see your information. Choosing "No One" does not allow any access
to your credentials at all. Note that if you choose "Peers Only" or "No One"
then initially no one will be able to search for you to add you as a peer.
Once you are registered, you will be able to go into your account management and set more
fine-grained permissions for your credential fields.
